Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux-based server support and AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust performance. This role will involve working with Docker containers, network configurations, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible.

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain Linux-based servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, including VPC configurations, routing, and security settings.
Configure and manage networks, including iptables, routing, and Virtual Private Clouds (VPC).
Deploy and orchestrate Docker containers using Docker Swarm and Kubernetes (K8s).
Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Telegraf and Grafana.
Set up and manage logging systems to ensure efficient tracking and troubleshooting of issues.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes.
Research and adopt new tools and practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Linux-based server support and AWS infrastructure.
Proficiency in network configuration and management, including iptables, routing, and VPC.
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with Docker containers and orchestration tools like Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Telegraf and Grafana.
Proficient in setting up and managing logging systems.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the flexibility to work US hours if needed.
Ability to positively engage with clients and build strong long-term relationships.
Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced environment.
