Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager, located in Pathankot. The Development Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing team performance, providing training and support to team members, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales metrics. The role requires hands-on involvement in building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
