Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Development Manager will oversee and manage a team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement training programs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing sales operations, strategizing for business growth, mentoring team members, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, 12th pass with right abilities can also apply
