3 - 5 Years 2 Openings Chennai, Coimbatore Role description Job Title : Salesforce Developer Experience Range : 5 – 6 Years (Minimum 3 – 4 years in Salesforce development) Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum Must-Have Skills 3–5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization Proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and SOQL Expertise in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Auto-Launched) Experience with Lightning App Builder , Dynamic Forms , and Lightning Record Pages Strong grasp of Salesforce data and security model Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party/internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs Strong knowledge of deployment practices and trigger frameworks Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work in onsite-offshore models Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Experience Cloud (Community) Familiarity with Agent Force and Salesforce Data Cloud Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks supporting LWC Exposure to Salesforce release cycles and new feature adoption Experience building reusable components and UI with Lightning Design System (SLDS) Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows Customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and automation tools Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and integrations Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions Create and manage reports, dashboards, and other UI components Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with external systems and services Support UAT, deployments, and provide post-deployment assistance Monitor production environments and proactively resolve issues Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and apply them as needed Certifications Must Have : Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce App Builder Desirable : Salesforce Platform Developer II Good to Have : JavaScript Developer I Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant AI Associate / Data Cloud / Agentforce Specialist Skills Salesforce,Integration,Xml About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
