Developer III - Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Developer)

As a Salesforce Developer at UST, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. You will customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and automation tools to meet the business requirements effectively. Your role will involve developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and integrations to ensure seamless integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and development teams will be essential to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will create and manage reports, dashboards, and other UI components while participating in code reviews to enforce development best practices. Monitoring production environments, resolving issues proactively, and providing post-deployment assistance will also be part of your responsibilities. You must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development along with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Record Pages is required. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data and security model, integration with third-party/internal systems, deployment practices, and trigger frameworks are essential skills for this role. Additionally, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Salesforce release cycles, and new feature adoption will be advantageous. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, as well as certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce App Builder, are must-haves. Good-to-have skills include Experience Cloud (Community), Agent Force, Salesforce Data Cloud, and JavaScript frameworks supporting LWC.
