Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. You will customize Salesforce applications using Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Dynamic Forms, ensuring seamless integration with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs. Your role will also involve building reports, dashboards, and maintaining custom UI components to enhance user experience. Within an Agile/Scrum team environment, you will actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide production support as needed. It is essential to stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and adopt relevant new features to optimize system performance and functionality. Your expertise should include Salesforce development, specifically in Apex, Visualforce, and familiarity with sales cloud. You must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Auto-Launched, Screen Flows), Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Record Pages. Additionally, you should be proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and have a good understanding of the Salesforce security and data model. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware connectivity, and cloud-based solutions like Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required. Strong knowledge of development best practices, such as trigger frameworks, reusable code, and deployment practices, is essential. Possessing Salesforce Platform Developer I (Dev 1) and Salesforce App Builder certifications is mandatory. While not mandatory, having additional skills like Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) exposure, familiarity with Agent Force and Data Cloud, and certifications in JavaScript Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or other latest certifications would be advantageous. An understanding of Salesforce Release Management and Feature Adoption, as well as UI/UX awareness and building custom UI components, are desirable. Your ability to work effectively in onsite/offshore models and collaborate with multiple stakeholders will be crucial in driving successful Salesforce implementations and ensuring alignment with business requirements.,
