Job Title: Holidays Manager Location: Hyderabad (On-site only) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Holiday Planning/Travel Operations Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Holidays Manager to lead our holidays division. This is a full-time, on-premise position based in Hyderabad . Candidates must have a strong background in curating personalized travel experiences and managing holiday operations across domestic and international destinations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of travel associates and junior staff. Trip Curation: Design and tailor holiday packages based on client preferences and profiles. On-Trip Support: Provide real-time assistance to clients during their travels. Client Relations: Handle client concerns professionally and de-escalate issues efficiently. Quality Control: Review and approve itineraries created by junior team members, ensuring accuracy in hotel bookings, transport, and overall experience. Vendor Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with both new and existing suppliers. Payment Coordination: Ensure timely payments to vendors and collect client dues on time. Process Improvement: Identify and implement processes to improve overall business functions and operational efficiency. Destination Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations within India and globally. Group Travel: Accompany and manage travel groups when required. Documentation: Prepare proposals and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Costing: Accurately calculate costs and applicable taxes for each holiday package. Sales: Actively contribute to sales through consultative selling and closing. Hotel Bookings: Understand and manage end-to-end hotel booking processes. Tourism Board Collaboration: Liaise with national and international tourism boards for partnerships and promotions.
