Job Description

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the branch.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and profitability.
  • Promote and sell customized tour packages, especially

    group tours to European destinations.

  • Coordinate branch-level sales activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand individual customer needs and offer tailored travel recommendations.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a sales and operations team to achieve collective targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
  • Monitor performance and conduct regular feedback sessions.
  • Ensure team compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflows and high productivity.
  • Manage staff across departments, allocating tasks and setting priorities.
  • Track operational KPIs, generate financial reports, and analyse sales data.
  • Control budgets and optimize operational processes.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for growth.
  • Support and contribute to local marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Forecast market trends and develop future travel packages accordingly.

Additional Key Duties:

  • Lead the branch's efforts in managing

    European Group departures.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific knowledge.
  • Be available for extended hours during peak travel seasons and emergencies.

Skills & Qualifications:
