Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing:

• Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

• Monitor fare changes and advise clients on the best travel options.

• Handle ticket cancellations, reissues, and refunds.

• Ensure all bookings comply with airline and travel policies.

Holiday Packing / Packages:

• Design and plan customized holiday packages for individual and group travelers.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local tour operators to curate complete travel solutions.

• Create day-wise travel itineraries based on client requirements.

• Provide destination information, including sightseeing, weather, culture, and travel advisories.

Customer Support & Documentation:

• Provide pre-travel support including visa guidance, insurance, and travel advisories.

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ticketing and travel package planning.

• Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and travel management software.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.

• Certification in IATA or related travel programs (optional but preferred).

• Multilingual abilities (a plus).
