Role Overview:
We are looking for a multi-skilled Operations cum Social Media Executive who can manage daily office tasks, handle client communication via cold calling, and maintain our presence across social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and interest in real estate and branding.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Back Office:Handle day-to-day backend tasks and documentation

Assist in maintaining inventory and property databases

Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely reporting

Perform basic data entry and follow-up calls

Cold Calling & Sales Support:
Make outbound calls to leads to explain service offerings

Set appointments for field executives and sales staff

Follow up on inquiries and update CRM or Excel trackers

Social Media:
Post regular content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

Create graphics using Canva or similar tools

Track performance metrics like reach, likes, leads

Respond to inquiries/comments on posts or DMs

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field

Basic MS Excel and internet handling skills

Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)

Willingness to make cold calls and work on targets

Familiarity with Canva or Instagram page handling is a plus
