Role Overview

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from the existing database or leads.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Schedule and confirm property site visits with clients and sales consultants.

• Maintain follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into sales.

• Update CRM systems with customer details, interactions, and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate with on-ground sales team and support in closing deals.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, appointments, and closures.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused approach.

• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.

• 1+ year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
