Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in the system.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and productivity targets.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
Minimum qualification: PUC/Diploma/Graduate
02 years of telesales or customer service experience (freshers may also apply)
