*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make daily outbound calls to potential buyers from the provided database.
* Pitch residential and commercial properties confidently and persuasively.* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.* Schedule and manage property site visits with clients.* Accompany clients on site visits across various locations in Gurgaon.* Regularly follow up with leads to ensure conversions and deal closures.* Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and visit outcomes.* Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in telesales, with preference given to real estate background.
* Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.* Willingness to travel within Gurgaon for client visits.* Highly motivated, confident, and result-oriented attitude.* Familiarity with Gurgaons real estate market is a strong advantage.* Proficiency in Hindi with basic English communication.* Two-wheeler for travel (preferred but not mandatory).
