Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and online training modules on database technologies. Train internal staff, clients, or students on SQL, database architecture, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and database administration. Create training content including manuals, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments. Evaluate trainees performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay current with new database technologies, certifications, and industry trends. Customize training programs to align with organizational or client-specific requirements. Support certification programs like Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and others. Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on labs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or corporate trainer in IT. Strong expertise in at least one or more database systems: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Proficient in SQL query writing, stored procedures, triggers, views, and database performance optimization. Familiarity with data modeling and ER diagrams. Experience with backup strategies, disaster recovery, and database security best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator) preferred.
