* Job Description:*
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven **Tele calling Executive** to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over the phone, understanding their property needs, and converting leads into site visits and closures.
** Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls daily to potential clients from the provided database
* Pitch residential and commercial properties in a professional manner* Understand client needs and suggest relevant property options* Schedule and follow up for site visits with clients* Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-up details* Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly targets* Coordinate with the sales and site team for closures
** Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling (Real Estate preferred)
* Strong communication and persuasion skills* Confident, motivated, and target-oriented* Knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi real estate market is a plus* Comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English
