*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make daily outbound calls to leads from the given database
* Pitch residential and commercial properties to potential clients* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options* Schedule and coordinate site visits* Regularly follow up to convert leads into closures* Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions* Achieve assigned sales targets
*Requirements:*
* 13 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate
* Strong communication and convincing skills* Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented* Knowledge of Gurgaon property locations is a plus* Good command of Hindi and basic English
