Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to customers. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.Skills & Competencies: Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of sales and telecalling. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
