About The Role

Rudra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and energetic

Telesales Executives

to join our sales team. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products and services, and driving successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
Answer customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
Maintain customer database and call records.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
