Designation:

Purpose of the Position:

Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets through outbound telesales activities.
Effectively pitch and sell financial products to potential customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills during customer interactions.
Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful sales.
Exhibit high energy, motivation, and performance-driven behaviour.

Functional Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex sales situations.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Relationship-building and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in telephone etiquette and telesales techniques.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Computer literacy and ability to work on sales tools/CRM.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
