Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Handle client meetings, property site visits, and deal closures.

  • Build strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Train, guide, and support the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Real Estate Sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

  • Ability to handle clients confidently and close high-value deals.
