Job Summary:

(Real Estate) will be responsible for driving property sales by building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing professional guidance throughout the property buying or investment process. The role involves achieving sales targets, handling client negotiations, and representing the company’s brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and finalize deals with customers.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM with client interactions and sales data.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (residential/commercial projects).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of local property markets and real estate trends.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive incentives/commissions.

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Field-based role | Weekends working (with compensatory weekday off)
