Tractor Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives and field officers.
• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business channels in assigned territories.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, and farmer engagement programs.
• Support dealers in increasing retail sales and ensure timely availability of tractors and spare parts.
• Maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and institutional buyers.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management.
• Ensure after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in tractor or agricultural equipment sales (managerial experience preferred).
• Strong dealer management and rural marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
