Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management, lease administration, and the handling of real estate development, maintenance and commercial transactions. Daily tasks include managing real estate related Paperworks, coordinating with stakeholders, site visits, development planning & tracking; and ensuring compliance with real estate and other / all regulations. Additionally, they will be involved in the strategic planning and execution of real estate projects and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Real Estate
• Experience in Lease Administration and Operational / Liasioning Activities
• Background in Commercial Real Estate
• Some experience in a Hospitality company is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate management
