## Sales Executive Field Sales (Gurugram)

### About the Company

Delta Solutions is a familyowned provider of comprehensive cleaning and hygiene products, featuring an allunderoneroof model. They cater to clients across industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, automotive, construction, electronics, hospitality, healthcare, corporate offices, educational institutions, malls, and facility management.

### Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Executive Field Sales** to drive business growth in the Gurugram region. The successful candidate will build relationships with clients, identify prospects, and promote Deltas diverse line of cleaning solutions. Field sales experience is mandatory for this role.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct **face-to-face sales visits** at client sites in and around Gurugram.
* Identify prospect opportunities across target segments (e.g. hotels, pharma, FMCG, corporates).* Present product solutions, conduct demonstrations of cleaning machines, air purifiers, dust collectors, filters, wastemanagement tools, disposable tissues, hand dryers etc. ([Delta Solutions][1]).* Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations and follow up to close deals.* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Provide real-time market feedback, competitor awareness, client needs, and potential areas for product expansion.* Coordinate with internal teams (operations, delivery, backoffice) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

### Required Qualifications & Skills

* **Mandatory** in-hand experience in **field sales**, preferably in B2B with industrial or institutional clients.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.* Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to manage territory independently.* Proficient in preparing sales reports, proposals and using CRM tools.* Ready to travel within Gurugram and nearby industrial/commercial clusters regularly.

### Preferred Experience

* Experience in selling technical or industrial products (equipment, consumables) is a plus.
* Knowledge of cleaning or facility management products is advantageous.

### Location & Reporting

* Based in **Gurugram**, with regular travel across customer sites.
