Destination Experience Consultants

who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and love creating memorable travel experiences. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between travelers and their dream vacations—crafting tailored itineraries, offering expert guidance, and ensuring every journey is seamless from start to finish. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a flair for sales, and a love for travel, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Consultation:

Engage with customers to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets to recommend the best destination options.

Itinerary Design:

Curate customized travel plans, combining destinations, activities, and experiences that align with client expectations.

Sales & Conversions:

Drive revenue growth by converting inquiries into bookings, upselling experiences, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Booking Coordination:

Manage complete travel arrangements including accommodations, transport, excursions, and travel insurance.

Customer Experience:

Offer real-time support to travelers before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on emerging travel trends, destination highlights, visa regulations, and seasonal travel insights.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to enhance travel offerings and customer journeys.

Feedback Integration:

Collect and share traveler feedback to continuously improve service quality and product innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in

travel sales, holiday planning, or customer service

within the tourism industry.Deep knowledge of domestic and international destinations, cultures, and travel logistics.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Familiarity with

travel booking platforms

(Amadeus, Galileo, or similar).Excellent communication and presentation skills in

English and Hindi

.Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, patience, and solution-oriented thinking.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure.
