Working experience into remote support tool (added advantage)
Window OS & desktop troubleshooting knowledge

Qualification:

Graduate with Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or Regular degree/diploma in Information Technology, B.E, B. Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT (would be given preference)
