Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist based in Halol. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, offering printer support, and ensuring efficient desk top support. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, maintaining technical documentation, and assisting users with IT-related queries.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience in providing Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in an IT support role is a plus
• Relevant certifications in IT or a related field are preferred
