Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, offering desktop support, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The role requires effective communication with team members and customers to resolve technical problems efficiently.

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Printer Support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
