Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will handle day-to-day support tasks, including troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, providing technical support, and ensuring overall desktop functionality. The candidate will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining system performance, and supporting users with their IT needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Ability to support Printer-related issues and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are beneficial
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
