Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, local networking devices, and installing new software and updates. Additionally, you will configure and install local network printers, deploy new desktop and laptop systems, and order hardware/software for new employees. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and local networking devices - Install new software and updates - Configure and install local network printers - Deploy new desktop and laptop systems - Order hardware/software for new employees - Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting and maintain documentation tickets with SLA - Provide new hardware/software for users, assist in asset tag control, and manage inventory - Support daily technical activities for desktop, data, and server management - Customize desktop applications to meet user needs - Follow up with clients to ensure systems functionality - Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, drivers, and updates - Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues within SLA Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices - Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems, applications, and drivers - Strong knowledge of hardware and software support - Excellent communication and documentation skills (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the Job Description),
