As an experienced IT Support Specialist with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and local networking devices. - Installing new software and ensuring timely updates. - Configuring and installing local network printers, including coordination with vendors when necessary. - Deploying new desktop and laptop systems. - Collaborating with hiring managers to procure hardware/software for new employees and setting up workstations promptly. - Conducting remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users and maintaining documentation tickets within SLA. - Providing approved hardware/software to users, assisting in asset tag control, and managing inventory. - Supporting daily technical activities for desktop, data, and server management. - Customizing desktop applications to align with user requirements. - Following up with clients to verify system functionality. - Demonstrating expertise in firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications, drivers, and necessary updates. - Addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues and ensuring prompt resolution within the provided SLA.
