Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot
desktop/laptop hardware and software
Provide
on-site and remote technical support
to users
Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
- Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Hardware components (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, printers, scanners)
- Application software and business tools
Handle
OS installations, upgrades, and patching
Configure and support
email clients, browsers, and collaboration tools
Troubleshoot
network connectivity issues
(LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Manage
Active Directory
tasks (user accounts, password resets, group policies)
Install and maintain
peripherals
(printers, monitors, docking stations)
Provide
user onboarding and offboarding
support
Log, track, and resolve tickets using
ITSM tools
(ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Maintain
IT asset inventory and documentation
Ensure compliance with
IT security policies and standards
Perform routine system maintenance and health checks
Assist with
backup, recovery, and data protection tasks
Deliver basic
user training and guidance
