Job Description

Desktop Support L3 Responsibilities (Advanced):

Location- Lower Parel

Salary- 6 LPA to 7 LPA

Experience- 8 to 10 Years

 Troubleshoot and harden major Windows OS and Server platforms, including VAPT patching.

 Install, configure, and troubleshoot RAID, iLO/IDRAC, server OS, and server hardware/software.

 Manage and monitor server backups, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness.

 Deep understanding of mail flow and messaging systems, including: o Mail connectors, SPF, DKIM, DMARC o Ports and protocols used in mail delivery (e.g., SMTP, IMAP, POP3) o Exchange Online components: databases, OWA, public folders, mail routing

 Hands-on experience with OAice 365, including Teams, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance Center.  Experience with SPAM filtering and threat prevention solutions.

 Monitor LL (Leased Line) links and coordinate with ISPs for resolution.

 Coordinate firewall rule changes, port openings, and other security-related configurations.  Operational security, maintenance, and governance of IT systems.

 Knowledge of firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure.

 Specialized support for broking industry applications (NEAT, BOLT, GreekSoft) and coordination with exchanges for regulatory changes.

 Manage and support large-scale desktop environments (450+ PCs). Required Skills & Qualifications:  Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.  Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.  Strong understanding of VPN technologies and secure printing systems.  Experience with broking industry tools and regulatory coordination is a strong advantage.  Familiarity with network security practices, antivirus programs, and endpoint protection.  Deep knowledge of email systems, ports, and protocols.  Experience managing meeting room technologies (Zoom, Teams shared devices, Google Meet).  Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.  Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  Knowledge of ITIL Foundation V3/V4 (certification is an added advantage).  Experience supporting VIP users and handling sensitive issues professionally.  Certifications like Microsoft 365, CompTIA, or server-related credentials are
