Desktop Support Engineer L3

Role Overview: You will be responsible for hands-on experience in various IT tasks including Active Directory management such as user ID addition, deletion, and disablement, SCCM, TCP, and UDP protocols. Your role will also involve OS installation, BitLocker encryption, hardware assembling, upgradation, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will be accountable for MS Outlook configuration, backup, restore, and troubleshooting, as well as network printer installation and troubleshooting. Installing and maintaining standard software according to requirements, updating antivirus software, ensuring virus protection, and providing hardware and OS troubleshooting will also be part of your key responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to provide remote support for software issues.
