You will be responsible for installing and maintaining structured cabling (CAT6, Fiber, etc.) at client sites, setting up and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems (IP & Analog), providing desktop and laptop support, performing routine preventive maintenance of IT hardware and cabling infrastructure, handling network switch/router installation and basic configuration, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues, coordinating with vendors or internal teams for escalated technical problems, documenting and reporting service visits, customer interactions, and issues resolved, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelors in IT, Electronics, or a relevant field with at least 3 years of field experience in IT service or infrastructure support.
