Location: Remote - Gurgaon/Delhi Location Preferred Reports to: Social Media Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Designer & Video Editor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will design and edit engaging content for social media platforms, with a preference for those available to travel or located near Delhi/NCR. --- Key Responsibilities · Design visually appealing social media posts, reels, and stories for various platforms. · Edit and enhance images and videos for social media use. · Leverage AI tools for generating and editing text, images, and videos to streamline content creation and improve efficiency · Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social channels. · Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media strategies. · Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. · Manage editorial calendars and schedule posts. · Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. --- Skill/Requirement Details Mandatory/Preferred Graphic & Video Design Experience 3+ years in a similar role Mandatory Adobe Photoshop 3+ years experience Mandatory Adobe Premiere Pro 3+ years experience Mandatory Adobe After Effects 3+ years experience Mandatory Adobe Illustrator 3+ years experience Mandatory Canva 2+ years experience + AI features Mandatory Social Media Design 3+ years experience Mandatory AI Content Creation Tools Experience with AI tools for text, image, and video creation (e.g., Canva AI, Vizard, Lumen5, Visme, Rytr, Sprinklr, etc.) Mandatory Portfolio Strong portfolio with social media design samples Mandatory Social Media Platform Knowledge Understanding of platform-specific requirements Mandatory Communication & Teamwork Strong skills in both Mandatory Hardware/Tech Setup Powerful GPU laptop or Mac, power backup, high-speed internet Mandatory Location Remote; preference for Delhi/NCR or ability to travel occasionally Preferred Language English fluency Mandatory Shift Flexibility Willingness to work evening/night shifts and weekends (US shift) Mandatory --- Work Arrangement · Remote-first (with preference for candidates able to travel or based near Gurgaon/Delhi/NCR) · Full-time position · Flexible schedule · Evening/US shifts; weekend availability may be required · Performance bonus --- Application Instructions for Recruiters 1.
