Desktop Support Engineer – Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to client support requests
  • Communicating with clients to understand the nature of issues
  • Visiting client locations or assisting remotely
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Installing and maintaining hardware, peripherals, and accessories
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and software
  • Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
  • Recommending hardware or software upgrades
  • Providing basic training in system operation and management
  • Completing service reports and managing supply orders
