MUST HAVE TWO WHEELER
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
o Install, upgrade, and optimize hardware and software
o Provide technical instructions to users
o Ensure systems are secure and adhere to company policies
o Maintain records of technical issues
o Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer & laptop service engineer or similar role
o Working knowledge of office products and computer peripherals
o Ability to perform remote troubleshooting
o Problem-solving attitude
o Ability to give clear technical instructions
o Assembling, Disassembling laptops
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
