Scope of Work: Social Media Content Creator (Video & Graphics Editing)

1.Content Creation & Management

·      Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for posts, stories, and reels. 

·      Edit short-form and long-form videos for various platforms. 

·      Create engaging copy for captions, descriptions, and promotional content. 

·      Maintain brand consistency in all designs and messaging. 

·      Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms. 

2.Social Media Strategy & Planning

·      Develop a tailored social media strategy along with the marketing team.

·      Identify key target audiences and create engagement strategies. 

·      Plan monthly content calendars with relevant themes and campaigns. 

·      Research and implement trending topics, hashtags, and best practices. 

·      Analyse competitors and industry trends for optimization. 

·      Create campaigns around key sporting events, tournaments, and educational milestones. 

·      Highlight success stories of students, athletes, and alumni. 

·      Plan seasonal and event-based content to maximize engagement. 

·      Develop storytelling strategies to showcase the company’s impact in sports and education. 

3. Posting & Community Engagement

·      Manage posting schedule to ensure consistent brand presence. 

·      Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. 

·      Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities. 

·      Encourage user-generated content and testimonials. 

·      Feature behind-the-scenes content from tournaments, workshops, and training sessions. 

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

·      Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.). 

·      Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. 

·      Adjust strategy based on analytics for better results. 

5. Coordination & Collaboration

·      Work closely with the company’s team for approvals and feedback. 

·      Coordinate with team members for raw data, photos, and videos from events, student achievements, webinars, workshops, and tournaments. 

·      Collaborate with coaches, educators, and event organizers for timely content and insights. 

·      Suggest and implement social media campaigns and contests.
