Company Profile: Crayons Academy for Skills Excellence (CASE) is a Study Abroad Consultant specializing in College Sports Admission and Academic Admissions for students who seek admission to universities in USA, U.K., Europe, Canada, Australia, and including India. We also specialize in Post Graduate admissions into universities around the world. We have partnerships and representations for various schools, colleges, and sports academies around the world, and we organize summer sports camps, summer programs in universities and exchange programs for schools and universities. We have recently launched an on-line learning platform (LMS) for test-prep including SAT, CUET, & Boards prep and other college entrance examinations. We have also recently tied-up with the world-renowned Joe Root’s Cricket Academy – R66T , a world class cricket academy as their exclusive partner for Cricket Academies being launched in India. These academies offer tailored coaching programs for boys and girls across different age groups. We are looking for a self-starter with entrepreneurial thinking, a bias towards action and a passion for sports to help students achieve their full potential. Designation: Admission Counselor Salary: Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 35,000/- fixed salary per month plus variable salary based on business generated. (Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience) Employment type: Permanent role, Full-time. Working Mode: HYBRID Monday to Saturday. Working Hours: 10 am to 6.30 pm. Location: Okhla Phase - 3, New Delhi - 110020 Experience : 1 to 3 years Education: Undergraduate or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma. Proficiency: Well versed in study abroad process and higher education options in India and abroad. Familiarity with Ed-Tech, college entrance exams, SAT and the online coaching industry. Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Strong inter-personal communication skills. Well versed with MS office (excel and power point presentation) Active on social media platforms Go-getter /positive attitude, ready to explore new avenues in the digital marketing space. Adept and objection handling, telephonic conversations, student-parent counseling. Strong analytical skills. Job Responsibilities: Parent/student interactions to on-board students for all programs offered by CASE including academic or athletic admissions for higher studies abroad, SAT, CUET, or Boards coaching. Sports academy promotions and enrollments. Identify, forge, and maintain partnerships with schools and institutions to open academies for beginner, intermediate and high-performance athletes. Organize or participate in events such as school/college fairs, sports events, etc. to increase brand awareness. Prepare and execute marketing campaigns including social media promotions to increase awareness and business promotion. Assist in maintaining and updating database and marketing records, contact lists, leads and follow-up with all stake holders. Regular follow-up on all leads and assist in conversion of all student leads. Any other responsibilities including marketing, market communication and business development.
