Experience needed: 6-8 years Type: Full-Time Industry: Healthcare preferred Mode: 100% WFO Location: Hyderabad Job Purpose: Lead and inspire the design team to deliver high-quality, innovative, and user-centric designs across all digital platforms. Drive the visual identity of the brand, ensure consistent design language, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business and customer experience goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the overall design vision and guidelines for the brands across platforms Ensure consistency and high-quality visual standards across all outputs. Mentor and manage a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and professional development. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices; introduce innovative design solutions. Oversee design resource planning and project prioritization to ensure on-time delivery. Conduct design reviews and approvals for all major projects before release. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva, and similar platforms. Expertise in UI/UX principles, responsive design, and modern web design standards. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with front-end development considerations is a plus. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 6 years of experience in design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing cross-functional design projects across digital and print media. Exposure to the healthcare domain atleast 2-3 years is a must. Preferred Traits: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Passionate about building and nurturing high-performing design teams.
