Design Lead

This is a leadership position ideal for someone who can think strategically, manage a team of creatives, and deliver impactful design solutions across industries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-impact design projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery across all visual touchpoints.
• Develop and execute strong

  brand identities

  , including the creation of

  comprehensive brand guideline books

  for a wide range of clients and industries.
• Oversee and provide quality control for

  motion graphic videos

  video edits

  , ensuring they meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives.
• Design for

  packaging

  digital campaigns

  merchandise

  social media assets

  , maintaining consistency and visual impact across platforms.
• Contribute to and support

  UI/UX design

  efforts for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, content, and development—to understand project goals and deliver effective, visually compelling solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, encouraging creative exploration and upholding a high standard of design thinking within the team.
• Ensure all work is aligned with brand standards, client expectations, and project requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends, creative tools, and best practices in

Software Expertise:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
• Minimum of

  3 to 5 years of experience

  in a design leadership role or similar capacity.
• A

  strong portfolio

  showcasing expertise in

  branding

  ,

  graphic design

  ,

  motion graphics

  , and

  video editing

  .
• Proven experience in developing detailed

  brand identity systems

  and style guides.
• Deep knowledge of

  video production workflows

  , from storyboarding to editing and final delivery.
• Experience in

  print

  packaging design

  , with an eye for layout, typography, and production details.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in animation and advanced motion graphics.
• Familiarity with additional design and editing tools.
• Prior experience working in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment.

This is an agency role where projects come from various sectors of the industry.
