Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Mentor, guide, and manage a team of designers to foster creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Project Management:
Oversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Creative Direction:
Set the visual and strategic direction for design work. Drive innovative solutions while maintaining consistency with brand and user goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design across all touchpoints.
Communication:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Clearly articulate design decisions and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Design Expertise:
Possess a strong foundation in design principles, with hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, UI/UX design, and basic HTML.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within an IT or Graphic Design agency, preferably with international project experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
