Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, motion graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX design. The Design Lead will oversee various design projects from inception to completion, including branding exercises, social media design, and UI/UX design for apps and websites. A well-rounded knowledge of all stages of video production and editing is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Oversee branding exercises, social media design, and UI/UX design for apps and websites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and video production. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Software Expertise: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Qualifications: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Design Lead or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, social media, and UI/UX design. Excellent understanding of video production processes and techniques. Well-rounded knowledge of all stages of video production and editing is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in motion graphics and animation. Knowledge of additional design and video editing software. Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment. Additional Information: This is an agency role where projects come from various sectors of the industry.
