The role provides opportunities to learn statistical tools, validation basics, and workflow automation under the guidance of senior engineers.
Mandatory Skills
- 2+ years of experience in developing validation documentation (e.g., plans, protocols, reports, procedures) for equipment, facility, or product validation, including supplier support.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for creating 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings supporting engineering, manufacturing, and automation.
- Basic experience / exposure in statistical tools for capability analysis, scrap management, and monthly reporting data processing.
- Experience in Smartsheet to manage the change control process and complete tasks associated with the change control process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within project timelines.
Desired Skills
- Develop validation documentation as required (e.g. plans, protocols, reports, procedures) to validate equipment, facility, products, and support supplier validations as needed.
- Design basic production fixtures to include models, drawings and specifications in support of engineering, manufacturing, and automation.
- Develop technical drawings and models using engineering software and tools (Solidworks)
- Support in creation of inspection plans for new and existing product.
- Support in creating and maintaining customer PFMEA’s and Control Plans.
- Exposure to statistical tools to analyse data for Capability analysis / Planned scrap management and scrap monitoring / Monthly reporting data processing will be added advantage.
- Experience in Smartsheet to manage the change control process and complete tasks associated with the change control process.
- Ability to develop software driven workflows to automate manual processes.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, (or equivalent work experience) with 2 - 4 Years (Min 2 Yrs exp in projects working with US businesses)
- A seasoned, result-oriented engineer who can work independently once given direction, has good rapport with coworkers, can listen, be creative, and is detailed oriented.
- Excellent business communication (written/verbal) & Exposure/experience to work in a global engineering team environment
- Maintains a good attitude, persistence, and drive focused on finding a way to accomplish the objectives.
- Flexible in adapting to quickly changing business & task/ project priorities, ability & willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally when required
