Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and expertise in CAD design to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of critical components such as bubble caps, distillation columns, and other industrial equipment. You will work in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients in the distillation and manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components, including bubble caps, chemical filtering parts, and distillation equipment, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).

Create detailed 2D and 3D models, simulations, and technical drawings to support manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize designs for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot design challenges and enhance product reliability in distillation and manufacturing applications.

Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulations to ensure component durability and compliance with industry standards.

Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, proposing innovative solutions to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

Ensure designs adhere to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards in the distillation and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institute.

1-3+ years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably in the distillation, chemical processing, or manufacturing industries.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360) for 2D/3D modeling and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions in mechanical design or manufacturing.

Experience with finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), or other simulation tools is a plus.

Knowledge of distillation processes, bubble cap design, or chemical filtering systems is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO) and manufacturing processes like CNC machining or fabrication.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in designing components for distillation columns, reactors, or similar equipment.

Understanding of material selection for corrosive or high-temperature environments in chemical processing.

Exposure to automation or IoT integration in manufacturing systems is a plus.
