Design Coordinator

Required Qualifications: · B.Tech. in Architectural Engineering. · Minimum 04 to 05 years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects within the real estate sector. Additional Requirements: · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure the execution is in line with drawings. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment. · Proficiency in project management software's like: AUTOCAD, Sketch Up, MS Office etc. · Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Job Description: 1. Design Document Management: Maintain and coordinate the flow of design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports. 2. Communication: Coordination with Consultants, Design Teams and Internal Civil teams to ensure clear understanding of design requirements and changes. 3. Design Review: Coordinate and participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations. 4. RFI Management: Coordinate with design teams to resolve RFI's (Request for Information) and address any issues pertaining to drawings, clarifications, or missing information. 5. Submittal Management: Coordinate and review submittals from consultants, ensuring compliance with design requirements. 6. Change Management: Coordinate design changes, including assessing impacts on project scope, schedule, and budget. 7. Design Schedule Management: Develop and track design schedules, ensuring timely completion of design tasks. 8. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to design teams and Internal Civil Teams. Should have an High Rise/Multiple Towers experience of Coordination for Structural, Architectural, MEP drawings. Having knowledge in Aluminium shuttering coordination such as shell-plan modulation in coordination with Architectural, structural, MEP drawings. 9. Document Control: Maintain accurate records of design documents, RFI's, submittals, and other project-related documents. 10. Compliance: Ensure design compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure timely communication and resolution of design-related queries. Show more Show less
