Design Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a female coordinator to join our creative team and act as a bridge between our designers, video editors, and branding clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for design processes, and a passion for creative coordination . Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Only “female” candidates can apply ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ● “Minimum of 2 years of experience”in a design coordination or similar role. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong leadership qualities and a self-starter attitude. ● Proven organizational and time-management skills. ● High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities. ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. ● Knowledge in graphic design and video editing is a plus. ● Familiarity with project planning and budgeting tools/software. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate and support the design team across various phases of the project lifecycle. ● Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project goals. ● Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. ● Oversee design documentation, schedules, and deliverables to meet quality and compliance standards. ● Monitor design progress, flag potential risks, and proactively suggest solutions. ● Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders and maintain updated records. ● Lead meetings, prepare reports, and present updates to internal and external teams. ● Drive innovation and contribute creative input to enhance design concepts and processes. ● Maintain accurate tracking of budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of design solutions. ● Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
