Site Assessment & Overall Project Coordination for related tasks.
Perform project planning and tracking, monitoring progress, reporting, quantity survey and estimation, and bill preparation, review, and recommendation.
Perform Design Coordination based on requirements like the Design Development Works Inception Report.
Prepare documents such as Project Reports, Necessary Correspondences, Minutes of Meetings, and Presentations.
Liaison with Project consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to schedule meetings, appointments, and other tasks.
Maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
Perform procurement management, contract drafting and evaluation of bid documents, related coordination.
Exhibit Design, Curation and Gallery design works with related Cost Estimation
Release of drawings during construction
Execution and implementation of work
Quality Control
Post Construction Services (Testing, Commissioning & Handover)

Attributes:

Undergraduate Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design or Postgraduate in Architecture/Interior Design.
Team-oriented attitude, Excellent people & communications skills, and possess problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse group of artists and professionals. Adobe Suite knowledge with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
AutoCAD & Revit, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and familiarity with creative software required.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, and rendering software – Enscape / Lumion, MS Office.
