Design Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design. The role involves designing luxury residential and commercial projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the highest quality of design execution.

• Develop and present architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, apartments, and commercial spaces.
  

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic solutions.
  

• Create and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
  

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for project integration.
  

• Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
  

• Provide design support during the construction phase to maintain quality and design intent.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential/commercial architectural design.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other design software.
  

• Strong creative, visualization, and detailing skills.
  

• Good knowledge of modern building materials, finishes, and design trends.
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
